Can you build on land I already own?
Yes. We work with clients who already own a homesite as well as those who are still looking. We’ll discuss the property, the home you want to build, and what to consider before moving ahead with design and construction.
Can you help me choose a homesite?
Yes. Site selection is part of our planning process. We can help you consider how a property fits your plans and budget before you commit to a home design.

We build custom homes in Georgetown, Cimarron Hills, and Liberty Hill. Contact us with your homesite location and plans, and we’ll talk through your project.
Who will be involved in building my home?
Goodner Brothers is a family-owned business. Paul, Graham, and Garrett are involved in the work, bringing experience in planning, construction, and client service. At the start of your project, we’ll discuss who you’ll work with and how we’ll stay in touch.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
The schedule depends on the homesite, design, permitting, and scope of the home. We’ll discuss timing as we learn about your project. Planning and design take time as well as construction, so it helps to talk with us early if you have a particular move-in date in mind.
What should I have ready for our first conversation?
Start with where you would like to build, what you want in a home, and your general budget and timing. If you have a property, plans, or inspiration photos, bring those too. You do not need to have every decision made before getting in touch.
