Pale stone, layered gables, and arched openings give Spearpoint Cove its unique character. Inside, exposed wood beams and stone archways carry that warmth through the living spaces, while a soft mint kitchen island brings a fresh note to the traditional materials.
Stone arches, light stucco, and tiled roofs lend Paloma Point a Mediterranean influence. Broad windows and simple interior lines balance those traditional details, with covered outdoor spaces that make the garden and pool feel like part of the home.
Light masonry and dark-framed windows create a crisp contrast at Hill Country Modern. A square entry tower gives the exterior a clear focal point, while restrained finishes, geometric tile, and tailored cabinetry continue the modern character inside.

Goodner Brothers is a family-owned business. Paul, Graham, and Garrett are involved in the work, bringing experience in planning, construction, and client service. At the start of your project, we’ll discuss who you’ll work with and how we’ll stay in touch.
The schedule depends on the homesite, design, permitting, and scope of the home. We’ll discuss timing as we learn about your project. Planning and design take time as well as construction, so it helps to talk with us early if you have a particular move-in date in mind.
Start with where you would like to build, what you want in a home, and your general budget and timing. If you have a property, plans, or inspiration photos, bring those too. You do not need to have every decision made before getting in touch.
