Rooted in Community, Craftsmanship, and Trust
Leadership
With decades of experience building luxury custom homes throughout Georgetown, Liberty Hill, and Cimarron Hills, our leadership team—led by Paul and Michelle Goodner—brings not just technical know-how, but honesty, accountability, and community presence. We treat every house like it’s our family’s.
Graham Goodner
Graham was raised around the family business, where he learned early the importance of craftsmanship, integrity, and community. After earning his Business/Finance degree from Texas A&M University, he returned to Georgetown to carry on the Goodner Brothers legacy of building exceptional custom homes.
Today, Graham works closely with families throughout Cimarron Hills and Georgetown, guiding every step of the process to ensure each home is both beautiful and built to stand the test of time.
Paul Goodner
Paul guides every stage of the building process, from home site selection and design to bidding, contracting, and financing. His daily presence on construction sites ensures each project stays on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
With more than 25 years of experience in contracting, construction, and home building, Paul has built his career on exceptional customer service and clear communication. A graduate of the University of Houston–Clear Lake with a BBA, he is committed to continually improving building methods and delivering custom homes that exceed expectations.
Garrett Goodner
Garrett joined Goodner Brothers in 2014, starting with weekend and summer work while still in high school. After graduation, he balanced full-time responsibilities with college courses, managing the warranty department and keeping job sites safe and efficient.
In 2019, he earned an Associate’s degree in Construction Science from Austin Community College and has since worked alongside the family to build custom homes throughout Georgetown and Cimarron Hills. Garrett’s mix of hands-on experience and formal training adds strength and reliability to every project.
For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.
