Paul Goodner

Paul oversees the entire building process. From home site selection to the design, bid, contract, and financing processes, he is involved start to finish. Paul’s daily visits to the construction site keep your project on budget and on schedule. Paul’s entire professional history has revolved around outstanding customer service and excellent communication. Never satisfied with status quo, he works to continually improve the construction methods and processes used in new home construction. Paul has a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Houston in Clear Lake. He has been involved in contracting, construction, equipment and home building for the last 25 years.

Michelle Goodner

As Vice President and Design Coordinator, Michelle is involved in all aspects of the new home design and selection process. She has the skills and temperament necessary to help guide our clients through our building selection and design system. Clients always love working with Michelle. She has strong working relationships with many different suppliers and designers. Michelle has a team of design professionals that help our clients along the way. Her goal is to make the design journey productive and enjoyable while ensuring that our new homes are spectacular and that our customers are satisfied.
